u4gm Diablo IV Season 11 Boss XP Guide Fast Paragon Grind

If you're still hopping into Diablo IV, cranking the Pit to the highest tier you can survive, and calling it "the grind," you're probably leaving a ton of XP on the table. Season 11 doesn't really reward bravery; it rewards pace. It's the kind of season where you tweak your route, tidy up your loadout, maybe even diablo 4 gear so your setup stops feeling held together with duct tape, and then you chase whatever gives the best return per hour.

Why The Pit Isn't The Default Anymore
The Pit still has its place, sure. It's a solid test if you want to see whether your build actually works under pressure. But if your goal is straight-up Paragon XP, high-tier clears can turn into these slow, messy runs. You backtrack. You hunt for the last few enemies. You lose time to mechanics that don't matter when all you want is a full bar. And that's the thing: in Season 11, time is the resource you're actually spending.

Azmodan Runs And The New XP Rhythm
Boss rushing is the real loop now, and Azmodan is the one that makes people do a double take. The XP payout feels almost rude compared to a long dungeon crawl. You drop in, dump your burst, watch the health bar evaporate, grab what matters, and reset. After a handful of runs, it clicks: you're not "playing slower but safer," you're just playing slower. The best part is how repeatable it is. No wandering, no guessing, no hoping the layout cooperates.

Urivar For Speed, Variety, And Sanity
If Azmodan starts to feel like you're on autopilot, Urivar is a great second option. The loop is quick and clean, especially if your movement speed is capped and your opener hits hard. It's the kind of farm that rewards small optimisations. Shave a few seconds off your entry, tighten your rotation, skip anything that isn't the kill. A lot of players are also rethinking their build priorities here—less "can I tank this." and more "can I delete this before it does anything." It sounds reckless, but in practice it's just efficient.

How To Make The Grind Feel Worth It
The trick is treating bosses like a schedule, not a challenge run. Stack damage, lean into mobility, and don't be afraid to drop defensive habits that only matter in content you're not farming. If you've got friends, rotating summons keeps the pace up and the session from feeling like a chore. And if you're trying to round out gear faster so the whole loop stays smooth, having the right Diablo 4 materials buy makes a bigger difference than people like to admit.
